Can I return my lovekit?

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. We do test all battery-operated items to make sure they are working properly before shipping them. If, however, the merchandise you have purchased is defective, we will honor our 30-day guarantee and provide a replacement upon receiving the original. The replacement product will be the same product as the original. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase before returning a defective item. All returned items must have complete packaging, all original parts, batteries, and instructions, etc.

When will my box ship?

Your box will ship out within 2 business days.

Where do I locate the tracking number for my lovekit?

We will send you your tracking number as soon as your gift box leaves our shipment facility. Please be sure to check your spam or promotions tabs and add contact@your-lovebox.com to your contact list.
